Payment & Cancellations
Classic Package
- First payment, 50% of the total deal value will be treated as a form of advance to book the dates.
- Second payment, the remaining 40% of the total deal value should be paid before the first major event.
- Third and final payment, the remaining 10% of the total deal value should be paid on final deliveries. It is herby mention that we do not accept part payments on final delivery.
- We do not entertain cancellations in any way possible. If in case of emergency, 50% of the total deal value (booking amount) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Any last-minute addition of event/services other than mentioned in the quote at the time of booking will cost accordingly extra.
- Backing off from any services/goods after booking will not be treated as a reduction in deal value price. The deal value will remain unchanged if any event cancels at customers end.
- The same deal price quoted to you can be changed (according to date availability and market price) in case the event/s been postponed by the clients end.
- You’re requested to provide detailed and finalized timings & location of all your events at least before 15 days for smooth functioning and scheduling.
- For destination/outstation weddings, you are requested to book 1 rooms at venue itself for proper functioning and operations.
- true wedding story would be responsible for travel charges within radius of 50 Km. For more than 50 Km client is requested to bare travelling charges for both up & down.
